General Terms & Conditions

• You hereby allow DigiTech Academy to contact you.
• DigiTech Academy may use learners' information for marketing and communication purposes.

• Candidate need to provide the correct information (personal, academic, etc.). If application / admission got cancelled at any given stage due to the wrong / false information provided by Candidate, then it will be the sole responsibility of the concerned Candidate for any kindly of action in this regard by appropriate authority.
• Candidates application will be considered only based on the first come first serve basis and the availability of the intake capacity for the respective ALC and overall quota of this project.
• If required, an applicant can call DigiTech Academy Representative to get all details before confirming the online admission.
• Applicant can make the online admission by paying the course fee through multiple payment options, i.e. Debit Card or Credit Card or Net banking, Bank Receipt/Challan, UPI etc. 
• The online/ALC Mode course fee paid by the Applicant is non-transferrable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Once the admission process is complete in every respect, then Applicant will become the learner.
• DigiTech Academy and MKCL Reserves the right to modify the Fees of the Course during the year without any prior notice, and DigiTech Academy shall not be liable to anyone for any such modification/s.
• Please check all the pre-requisite mentioned on the website before confirming admissions.
• Candidates application will be considered based on the fulfillment of all the requisite criteria’s stipulated by DigiTech Academy and MKCL from time to time.
• Candidates cannot claim or force to any of the authority for the application / admission / selection / placement process.
• Candidates shall abide by the various Rules, Regulations, Code of Conduct, Guidelines, Communications, and Norms issued and specified by DigiTech Academy & MKCL from time to time.
• DigiTech Academy and MKCL may use contact & other details for any promotional or business-related activities.
• If any Candidates tries to take the undue benefit in any means by contacting directly or indirectly to DigiTech Academy and / or MKCL by email, letter, telephone, social media, etc. then we will reject the application / candidature of that Candidate without giving any reason.
• DigiTech Academy and MKCL reserves the right of granting and/or rejecting approval to any Candidate, without assigning any reason/s whatsoever to anyone.
• DigiTech Academy and MKCL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the entire process without any prior notice and DigiTech Academy & MKCL shall not be liable to anyone for any such modification/s.

General Rules, Legal Disclosure, Terms and Conditions:

1. Read all these (below mentioned) details, rules, terms and conditions very carefully. DigiTech Academy will not responsible for any consequences / losses. Save these terms and conditions for your own reference. 
2. According to needs and information received from concerned organizations, departments and quality policy updates, we regularly update / improve or change these Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Notices, Announcements, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus etc. on regular basis, so please always visit website, exam. Schedule page, FAQ, T&C & Notice / News / Announcements:  (for updates / announcements / changes etc.) and also check all your emails regularly. Regarding educational website we update all content at https://www.mydigitech.org.in and student portal so student must refer updated content from this site only. Other sites are not regularly updated and DigiTech Academy will not be responsible any losses due to old content. Always confirm all details from https://www.mydigitech.org.in only.
3. The roll number/course key/login details to; each student will be given on admission. On admission every student will receive an Identity Card, Online Id & Password, Course Completion Certificate etc., according to course type and course mode as mentioned in below terms. Only Course Completion Certificate will be provided to Short term certificate courses. (Printed Certificate & Mark sheet will be sent by MKCL and Learners have to receive from DigiTech Academy). Course Completion Certificate and Mark Sheet will be provided to all courses.
4. Qualification Certificates (Course, Diploma or Degree Certificate, Mark sheet etc.) of the previous school or college will be required from each student wishing to join the course.
5. Enrolled for multiple courses then only one common i-card will be issued as course / subject name is not mentioned in any i-card, No duplicate card will be issued to any student.
6. International / Outside India students who wants printed notes, books and ref. material by courier / post, then 250 USD will be charged extra.(Optional).
   Special Note – For dispatching of study material as well as mark sheet and certificate, Indian postal service will be used. If private courier services will be required to be used (for Study material/ Mark sheet and Certificate) then international / outside India students must have to pay courier charges separately.
7. All our Courses, Study Material and Contents are for educational and informational purposes only. DigiTech Academy and Team will not responsible for their misuse, User will be solely responsible for misuse of the Education, Information, Knowledge and Tools or any other content. All courses, content and all course related activities are conducted in ENGLISH language only. Strictly English medium for all courses, so student must have sufficient knowledge about English Language.
8. Our courses are for your educational enrichment, enhancing knowledge and professional developments, We provide job assistance to our students if their basic qualification meets eligibility criteria, it means you must have strong basic qualifications, so these course will give you additional weightage, it could not be considered as Job Guarantee or Assured  Placement.
9. To the exams, assignments, information, instructions, dates, and updates.
10. After completion of online exam.  Confirm your result & Apply for Mark Sheet / Certificate etc by visiting this link or website https://www.mydigitech.org.in ,and find the students zone & students result,  please submit it again or contact support team from https://www.mydigitech.org.in.
11. All rights are reserved including right of admission / registration and  opportunity of Re-Exam, I-Card, Re-schedule, Late Fee, Payment terms, Fee Concessions, Scholarships etc. All final decisions by Concerned Authority. It must be permitted or granted only after proper procedure and decision from concerned authority. 
12. There may be some changes / updates in Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus, Login keys etc visit website for updates / announcements and also check emails regularly. Almost all activities are online and you can get all updates online.
13. Please read all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions carefully (Before Application and Fee Payment ), to avoid any kind of trouble or misunderstandings, at later stage any kind of objections, requests or complaints will not be entertained in any situation. Violations of rules, terms & conditions; unacceptable arguments, inappropriate behavior; negligence to confirm dates, submit assignment, any fee payment, updates, changes, announcements, checking emails regularly etc will not be tolerated in any circumstances. Changes, if any, made in the admission rules, guidelines and/or in the T&C from time to time shall be applicable to candidates seeking admission in the DigiTech Academy.
14. In case of misuse, misbehavior, charge-backs, disputes, legal matters or unethical act – all services will be considered as null and void, account will be suspended, ongoing services will be paused, charge-back amount will be considered as negative balance / pending fee.
15. We may change these Charges and Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. Also refer all Terms, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations from your Student Portal carefully.
16. Applicable Law: The agreement shall be deemed to have been made in Barmer in the State of Rajasthan, India and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and the validity and performance hereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India without reference to principles of conflict of laws thereof. Judicial proceedings regarding any matter arising under the terms of the Agreement shall be brought in the relevant courts of Barmer, India. Jurisdiction for all disputes (if any) relating to the any courses is Barmer, India.
17. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Barmer, India only.

General Guidelines for KLiC Diploma Course Learners opting for Placement Assistance Facility

Placement Assistance for Learners:

1. Counseling:

1. At the time of counseling for KLiC Courses, please take the complete information about Learning and Placement Assistance Facility.
2. Kindly take clear idea about all the rules and regulations of Placement Assistance facility
3. Opting for Placement Assistance facility is optional for a Learners.
4. Job vacancies information will be provided to learners through their ALCs.
5. Interested learners will appear for Interview.
6. ‘Placement Facilitation Officers’ in coordination with ALCs will execute the complete placement process.
7. Learners will get the placement opportunities at local level with the help of ‘Placement Facilitation Officers’ and their ALC.
8. We are going to provide ‘KLiC Placement Portal’ where ALC need to provide some additional information about Learners which may required by the local Employer.
9. If Learner gets selected in any of the local / MNC Company, then s/he will get ‘Offer Letter’ and ALC will upload the same from ‘KLiC Placement Portal’.
10. Entire placement activities will be tracked using ‘KLiC Placement Portal’.
11. For Learners, we are trying to provide placement opportunities to interested Learners. We are not giving any 100% placement guarantee to the Learners but we are surely giving 100% placement assistance with at least 3 Interview chances.

    5. Verify your identity, access, privileges assigned and relationship with us.
    6. Provisioning of products/services, testing or improvement of services, recommending various products or services;
    7. Processing your requests, enquiries and complaints, customer services and related activities;
    8. Communicating to you about bills, invoices, existing or new offers, content, advertisements, surveys, key policies or other administrative information;
    9. Analytics and reviews for improvement of our services;
    10. Improving your experience while using our services by presenting advertising, products and offers tailored to you;
    11. Completing your purchase;
    12. Support to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law or anti-fraud activities/systems.

Use of Information

• The information provided by you to us is used for a number of purposes connected with our business operations which may include the following:

• The email id shall be stored and will be used to send notification / information.
• We will strive to keep your personal information confidential and will place reasonable security controls to protect it. Your Personal Information will be kept confidential as required under applicable laws.
• However, any comments, messages, blogs, scribbles etc. posted / uploaded / conveyed / communicated by you on the public sections of the apps/website becomes published content and is not considered personal information subject to this Policy. You may request that such information be taken down and, we may attempt to remove any such information if it is technically feasible to do so and as per the applicable laws.
• Further, with respect to Non-Personal Information automatically collected and stored in files, we shall use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer our services, to learn about user behavior on the apps and while using our services, to gather demographic information about the user base as a whole and to measure traffic patterns on our network and apps. As Non-Personal Information does not personally identify you, we may use and disclose Non-Personal Information at our discretion.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how DigiTech Academy (hereinafter referred to as "DTA"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information that we collect from you, the end user of the website, applications (herein after called as "apps") and services (collectively, " DigiTech Academy and MKCL Products").

While you use and enjoy our services, we want to keep you informed about our privacy policy towards management and security of your personal information. We value the trust you place in us, and hence insist upon the highest level of protection for securing your personal information. We are obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and regulations.

Registration or usage of any of DigiTech Academy services implies your express consent and agreement to this Policy.

This Policy is subject to modification based on changes in the business, legal and regulatory requirements and will be made available to you online. We will make all efforts to communicate about significant changes to this policy. You are encouraged to periodically visit this page to review the policy and any changes.

 

Refund & Cancellation - 

In most cases, No refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

 

• Multiple payments for same services. refund will be provided after checking the bank statement within 5-7 working days.
• A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure and the DigiTech Academy is not able to provide softcopy of the Fee Invoice.
• After confirming the admission no refund will be provided by the DigiTech Academy.

Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

 

**DigiTech Academy reserves the right to modify all the terms and conditions of the KLiC Placement Process (at any given time) without any prior notice DigiTech Academy & MKCL shall not be liable to anyone for any such modification/s.**
